Pricing FAQ

What counts as an event?
Any tracked call you send — a screen view, a level_complete, a purchase. Bot traffic is filtered out and never billed.
What if I exceed my monthly events?
We never drop your data mid-month. You get a usage warning and can upgrade anytime; ingestion only pauses on sustained overage.
Where is my data hosted?
On Keentics cloud — your apps send events to collect.keentics.com. You get read-only SQL access to your raw events and can export anytime.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
